Valhalla Studio is a professional studio environment where:

• Tattoo and piercing services may be supplied by Strannigan Ltd (where performed by the company director), and/or

• Services may be supplied by independent practitioners operating from the studio.

Laser removal and certain other specialist services are supplied by independent practitioners working from the studio.

The contracting party for any service is the individual practitioner or company performing the work.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing this website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age

• Agree to these Terms

• Will not use this website for any unlawful purpose

Certain services may have higher legal age requirements in accordance with Scottish law.

3. Bookings

This website may facilitate booking requests or appointment scheduling.

Where a booking is made:

• The service contract is between you and the practitioner or company performing the service.

• Strannigan Ltd may charge a booking fee for appointment administration and studio reservation where applicable.

• Service fees are payable to the relevant practitioner unless otherwise stated.

Strannigan Ltd is not responsible for the outcome, advice or performance of services supplied by independent practitioners operating from the studio.

4. Retail Sales

Where retail products are sold directly by Strannigan Ltd through this website, a legally binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process.

Prices are displayed on the website and may be amended at any time.

5. Refund Policy (Retail Goods Only)

Retail goods purchased directly from Strannigan Ltd may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:

• Piercing jewellery

• Tattoo cosmetics

• Aftercare products

This refund policy applies to retail goods only and does not apply to services provided by independent practitioners.

Service-related refunds or complaints must be addressed directly with the practitioner who supplied the service.

6. Changes to Website or Services

Strannigan Ltd reserves the right to update, modify or withdraw website content at any time.

Independent practitioners determine their own availability and services offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, branding and design elements is the property of Strannigan Ltd unless otherwise credited.

• Services provided by independent practitioners operating from the studio
